VIDEO: Guy At Wrigley Field Welcomes Theo Epstein With Repeated Chants Of “Woo Theo, Woo Theo”

The Chicago Daily Herald posted this entertaining video of Theo Epstein walking outside Wrigley Field today. He shakes some hands, signs an autograph, and gets constantly serenaded by a guy in a “Woo Woo” custom Chicago Cubs jersey shouting “Woo Theo, Woo Theo” non stop for the length of the thirty second video. Wrigley Field Concession Stands Nailed By Game Day Health Inspection

Apparently the city of Chicago used to do inspections of Wrigley Field concession stands on Cubs off days. They recently decided to throw a curveball and did it on a recent game day.
