As we are now halfway into the season and the signing deadline for 2012 draft picks has passed, here is my revised list of top 5 prospects in the Toronto Blue Jays organization.

Remember, a prospect must have fewer than 130 ABs or 50 IP in the Major Leagues to qualify.

4) Daniel Norris – P
Highest Level: Rookie League Bluefield Blue Jays
2012 Stats:

5) Marcus Stroman – P
Highest Level: AA New Hampshire Fisher Cats
