Boston Red Sox prospect Bryce Brentz had a breakout season at the plate batting .306 with 25 Doubles, 4 Triples, 30 Home Runs and 94 RBI’s between the Low-A Greenville Drive and the High-A Salem Red Sox. While his offensive production was as good as anyone in all of Minor League Baseball in 2011, Brentz struggled defensively making 17 errors in the outfield.
