In perhaps the most impressive line of the year for any Rookie Leaguer this season, Kansas City Royals farmhand Daniel Mateo went 5-5, Hit for the Cycle, and drove in 8 runs for the Idaho Falls Chuckars on Saturday. Mateo who signed with the Royals back in 2008 raised his average from .297 to .319 in the game. The Chuckars beat the Ogden Raptors 15-10. The game was tied 10-10 heading to the ninth before Idaho Falls busted the game open with a five run inning. The scoring was capped off by a Grand Slam Home Run by Runey Davis who had previously been 0-5 with 5 strikeouts in the game.
