His son Dereck, who was a 6th round pick of the Minnesota Twins in the 2011 draft is beginning his career, and proud papa Pudge is getting a chance to watch him play this offseason. Ivan has been a regular spectator this past week at the Twins instructional league games watching his son, an outfielder, play.
