Director Of “Opposite Field” A Documentary On Little League Baseball In Uganda Talks About Filming In Africa
This is a pretty fascinating interview. Filmmaker Jay Shapiro recently completed a documentary on Little League baseball in Uganda (see the trailer below). During the filming of the movie “Opposite Field”, Shapiro spent the better part of three years living in Africa. In the story, Shapiro talks about getting started on the project, his time in Africa, and the bonds he formed with those whom he filmed.
